The Evolution of Physical Therapy

Get Stronger, Faster
Phased Progression is a holistic approach to physical rehabilitation which allows patients to begin rehabilitation earlier than when using traditional physical therapies. The proprietary aquatic and land-based techniques are proven to speed recovery times and return patients to an optimal level of functioning more rapidly than land based therapies alone.

Less pain, more gain
Experienced in these proprietary techniques, Phased Progression trained therapists use a set of established criteria to develop individual therapy plans. Every diagnosis has its own unique progression tailored specifically for each patient. Progress in aquatic therapy leads to land therapy procedures, which further strengthen the body's healing tissue.

Water works
The hydrostatic pressure of water during therapy reduces edema and inflammation pain. Water provides the buoyancy that allows body parts to move with minimal effort, while the rest of the body is supported and joints are decompressed. In water, viscosity increases resistance to moving body parts in direct proportion to a patient's efforts. And warm water encourages blood flow to all joints and muscles, effectively "oiling the machine" for motion.
